According to the Rector, Mall Musa Bello Suleiman said in 2010 Baiwa Educational services has opened operational center of National Business and technical examination Board NABTEB in all the three respective Local government, LAPAI, Agaie and Gawubabaginda and it has 8 center for NABTEB in LAPAI local government
In 2013 BES went to Ibadan to have an affiliation programs of National Diploma with Tower Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo state
In 2018 Best did all the possible best with the support from His Royal highness Alhaji Umar Bago Tafiya 111 and went to have an affiliation with the federal polytechnic Kaduna KAD poly to have affiliation with them to run Diploma program in LAPAI infact this has gave employment to 35 lecturers and had made Education closer to the grassroots and one 23 day of may 2023 Mallam Alhaji Dr Bello Musa Suleiman Yaba Ebbo sir Bello the magatakardan Lapai has got provisional licence to operate as a tertiary institution from the Niger State ministry of tertiary Education science and technology as a first private polytechnic in Niger State named BAIWA School of Administrative and Management studies Lapai Niger State
